About this drill template
Drill template for the Fuzz Dog Range Master with Voltage Inverter, sized for a Hammond 1590B enclosure (59.3 × 111.2 × 27 mm). The pre-positioned holes match the PCB's pot footprint exactly, with the footswitch centred below the 1-knob layout. Print at 1:1 scale, tape to the enclosure face, centre-punch, and drill. The Dallas Range Master, the germanium treble boost sitting under a long list of classic tones. The originals used OC44 transistors, which are scarce now, so Fuzz Dog supply whatever suitable germanium they have in.
Build notes
The Hammond 1590B is the standard small DIY pedal enclosure: compact enough for a crowded board, large enough for most single-effect PCBs and a 9V battery.
Vendor specs: PCB 50 x 22mm, build difficulty easy.
Drill measurements
Hole centres for the 1590B 1-Knob (Type 1) layout. X runs left to right from the centre of the face being drilled. On the enclosure face, Y is measured from the centre, positive towards the top. For holes on a side, Y is the distance down the wall, measured from the face edge. Export the PDF for a 1:1 printable version with a scale check.
