How Stompbox Layout collects, uses, and protects your data.

What data we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

Account information — your email address and display name, provided directly or via Google OAuth login.
Project data — enclosure layouts, hole positions, images, and project metadata you create in the app.
Usage analytics — anonymised page views and interaction data collected via Google Analytics.

Stompbox Layout relies on the following third-party services to operate:

Google Analytics — collects anonymised usage data and sets cookies to understand how visitors use the site. See Google's privacy policy.
Supabase — provides authentication and database hosting. Your account details and project data are stored on Supabase's infrastructure. See Supabase's privacy policy.
Google OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us to create your account. See Google's privacy policy.

Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — used to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These are first-party cookies set by Google Analytics.
Supabase session token — stored in your browser's localStorage to keep you signed in between visits. This is not a cookie but functions similarly.

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists.
Deleted projects are soft-deleted (marked as archived) and may be permanently removed in future clean-up processes.
Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.

You have the right to:

Access your data — all your projects and account information are visible in the app.
Delete your account and associated data — contact us at the email below and we will remove your account and project data.
