About this drill template
Drill template for the Fuzz Dog Lester Fuzz, sized for a Hammond 1590B enclosure (59.3 × 111.2 × 27 mm). The pre-positioned holes match the PCB's pot footprint exactly, with the footswitch centred below the 4-knob layout. Print at 1:1 scale, tape to the enclosure face, centre-punch, and drill. PCB and parts not included.

A Big Muff derivative Fuzz Dog call the raucous cousin of their Ramesses Fuzz. This is the jumpered build, with links on the board in place of the two switches.
Build notes
Four-knob layouts give you room for an extra parameter (a presence control, a blend pot, or an active EQ band) without crowding the footswitch.
The Hammond 1590B is the standard small DIY pedal enclosure: compact enough for a crowded board, large enough for most single-effect PCBs and a 9V battery.

Drill measurements
Hole centres for the 1590B 4-Knob (Type 2) layout. X runs left to right from the centre of the face being drilled. On the enclosure face, Y is measured from the centre, positive towards the top. For holes on a side, Y is the distance down the wall, measured from the face edge. Export the PDF for a 1:1 printable version with a scale check.
