About this drill template
Drill template for the Fuzz Dog Brain Bomb, sized for a Hammond 1590B enclosure (59.3 × 111.2 × 27 mm). The pre-positioned holes match the PCB's pot footprint exactly, with the footswitch centred below the 3-knob layout. Print at 1:1 scale, tape to the enclosure face, centre-punch, and drill. PCB and parts not included.
Fuzz Dog description: “Nice PT2399-based vibrato/chorus with a twist.”
A Seppuku Mind Warp style vibrato/chorus built around the PT2399 delay chip, whose inherent modulation gives it a warm, organic wobble. The Warp control bends the LFO for stranger movement than a standard vibrato.
The Depth control is labelled Blend on the PCB.
Build notes
Three-knob layouts are the most common pedal format (gain, tone, level) with the pots centred above the footswitch.
The Hammond 1590B is the standard small DIY pedal enclosure: compact enough for a crowded board, large enough for most single-effect PCBs and a 9V battery.

Hole centres for the 1590B 3-Knob (Type 1) layout. X runs left to right from the centre of the face being drilled. On the enclosure face, Y is measured from the centre, positive towards the top. For holes on a side, Y is the distance down the wall, measured from the face edge. Export the PDF for a 1:1 printable version with a scale check.
