About this drill template
Drill template for the PedalPCB NuDrive, sized for a Hammond 125B enclosure (64 × 119 × 35 mm). The pre-positioned holes match the PCB's pot footprint exactly, with the footswitch centred below the 3-knob layout. Print at 1:1 scale, tape to the enclosure face, centre-punch, and drill — PCB and parts not included.
Overdrives and boosts overlap heavily — the line between 'breakup' and 'level' is mostly about how the clipping stage behaves at low signal levels. This circuit's controls are positioned in the template the way a player would actually use them on the floor, not the way they look best in a photo.
Build notes
Three-knob layouts give you the full gain / EQ / volume triplet without crowding the enclosure. There's room inside for the PCB, jacks, and a 9V supply.
The Hammond 125B is one of the most common DIY pedal enclosures — a touch larger than a 1590B, slightly smaller than a 1590BB, with room for almost any single-effect PCB plus 9V supply.
Vendor specs: Utilizes the Korg NuTube 6P1. Includes 6P1 carrier PCB. Designed for a 125B enclosure with top-mounted jacks
