About this drill template
Drill template for the Aion FX Lumitron Resonant Filter, sized for a Hammond 125B enclosure (63.7 × 119.4 × 35.8 mm). The pre-positioned holes match the PCB's pot footprint exactly, with the footswitch centred below the 3-knob layout, with 3 toggles. Print at 1:1 scale, tape to the enclosure face, centre-punch, and drill. PCB and parts not included.
Aion FX description: “The very first commercial envelope filter effect, first released in 1972. Famously used by Bootsy Collins, Jerry Garcia and Stevie Wonder among many others.”
Drill measurements
Hole centres for the 125B 3-Knob 3-Toggle layout. X runs left to right from the centre of the face being drilled. On the enclosure face, Y is measured from the centre, positive towards the top. For holes on a side, Y is the distance down the wall, measured from the face edge. Export the PDF for a 1:1 printable version with a scale check.
